Our foundation combines practical experience with financial insight, shaping an approach built to help businesses thrive.
Created for Business Owners
We founded Castleton Capital Partners to give owners a better option when it’s time to move on or pass along the day-to-day operations. Too often, acquisitions feel purely transactional. Our approach is different—built on relationships, grounded in trust, and designed to protect what owners have worked so hard to build.
What Guides Us
How we work matters as much as the results we deliver. These principles guide every decision, from our first conversation to how we support businesses years after closing.
